Hey there! I’m Lubo aka Lu Banger, a musician, music producer, and composer based in Vancouver, BC, bringing together lush cinematic landscapes and alternative flavors to create tracks that captivate and surprise. My music draws from my favorite genres—indie and alternative genres to punk, pop, R&B, hip-hop, EDM, and progressive rock/metal—to craft dynamic instrumentals that resonate across styles. You can find my catalog on all major streaming platforms under the pseudonym Lu-Banger.
Formerly with Rare Americans, I co-wrote, co-produced, and recorded songs that invited listeners on a storytelling adventure. Touring with the band took me across the UK, USA, Europe, and South Korea, but the best part was connecting with fans and seeing the impact of our music firsthand.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with incredible talents, including industry legends like Joe Chiccarelli, Ben Kaplan, Tim Randolph, and Chin Injeti. Recently, I’ve worked with inspiring artists like CosperTheNomad, Mr. Fantastik, Iako Bei, LNR, Lilith Queen B and artists signed to The Singer’s Company, adding fresh perspectives and rich layers to my productions.
